61st Entry - Hunting for eggs

Sunday was a family pilgrimage to the Epping Forest to do an Easter egg hunt with my nephew Charlie. My fiancé had challenged me to a race up the notorious hill in the forest which I accepted, and he just beat me! My family were all pretty impressed that I had done it, and we laughed at how I wouldn’t have been able to walk up it without being breathless a year ago.

While I avoided eating chocolate (I wouldn’t have got a look in with my nephew about – I think he can sniff chocolate out from 50 yards away!) I did have a few extras with my roast dinner. It’s very easy to get swept up in what everyone else is doing and having, you can easily find yourself just going along with things without thinking.
