Your life long Ideal Weight Membership gives you unique access to our online forum where you can track your weight loss and get access to useful hints and tips as well as shop for Ideal Weight products. Your membership also gives you access to a range of offers from the Ideal family of brands including free tickets to the Ideal Home show.

The weekly cost of our Ideal Weight Plans are simple and easy to calculate. Your weekly coaching fee is £11. You pay this directly to your coach when you attend your session.

Our nutrition packs start at £1.75 and you’ll pay for these when you place your weekly order in advance of your coaching session.

The weekly cost of the packs depends on both the plan you choose and your nutrition pack choices, and range from £24.50 to £54.60 a week.
