I’ve noticed a lot of changes in myself since I have started on the Ideal Weight programme, and one of those changes became very obvious last night when I was raiding my wardrobe for some nice summery outfits.

I cannot believe how much my taste in clothes has changed! I wonder if it is a change in taste, or if it was down to the fact my options were limited because of my size, so I opted for ugly clothes that fitted. I’m not sure, but I know one thing, my wardrobe is being overhauled!

I pulled out a nice summer dress that I bought last summer and it didn’t really fit me that well. When I tried it on last night, it fitted me, perhaps even a bit too big in some places, but when I looked in the mirror, I was horrified at how ugly it was. It was a greeny colour with bursts of flowers over it, and where it was a plus size dress, the empire line made the skirt poke out and did absolutely nothing for my figure. I looked like a giant cabbage!!

No more covering up in baggy, drab clothes! From now on, I’m dressing for my new figure and my new found confidence
