For this recipe you will need:
3/4 cup 0% fat natural yoghurt
1/4 cup skimmed milk
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1/2 cup Wholegrain rolled oats
1/2 cup natural sweeter –you can use any type as long as it comes in a form that pours like sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch salt

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Grease a small baking tray – square works better if you have one.

Combine all ingredients into a blender, and blend until you have a smooth batter (1 minute should be long enough).
